High speed dispersing stirring tank

Description

The high speed dispersing stirring tank has the function of dispersing materials at high speed. The high speed dispersive stirring tank can make the material mix well because of its high speed. The high speed dispersing agitator is made of stainless steel. The agitator can be selected from paddle agitator, frame agitator, high shear emulsifying head and high speed dispersing plate, etc. The mixing tank achieves different mixing and dispersing effects of materials through different stirrer configurations.

High speed disperse mixing tank is composed of mixing tank body upper and lower head, stirrer, support, transmission device, shaft seal device and so on. Heating device or cooling device or metering device can also be configured according to the process requirements. Carbon steel or stainless steel and other materials can be selected according to different process requirements. According to the process requirements, open feeding, discharging, observation, temperature measurement, pressure measurement, air, solid feeding and other process pipe holes. The upper part is equipped with a transmission device (motor or reducer), which drives the stirrer in the mixing tank by the transmission shaft. Shaft seal device can use machine seal or packing seal, mechanical seal and packing seal and there are many kinds for users to choose.
